The official list below only shows time slots reserved and not confirmed exams. Please check with your instructor whether or not your course will be taking its final exam in this period.

Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations where DEP conducts operator qualification tests. Exam pages for each exam are available for additional guidelines, terms and conditions and exam information. Faculty can view their exam times through the “View My Teaching Schedule” task on the Faculty Dashboard in Workday. Final exams for classes in the evening are scheduled during the regular class time of the final examination weeks.

Registration
The exam schedule is available online and students are advised to consult it. It is important to remember that the schedule for exams may be altered at any time. Students should therefore consult their instructors to confirm the correct time and date of their exam. Students should also print out the official list to bring with them to the exam.
In addition to the exam schedule, students must familiarize themselves with the exam guidelines and the terms and conditions. They are available on the webpage for each exam. Students acknowledge they have read and accepted the conditions and terms of registration.
Exam sites try their best to accommodate students with special needs. The nature and extent of these needs must be stated on the registration form and verified by a doctor’s attestation. The locations for the exam must respect and maintain confidentiality.
If students are scheduled to take three tests on the same day, they should contact their department or instructor to arrange for a make-up test. While it is possible to take three exams in one day, this can cause high stress levels and could impact the quality of the test. The professor might not be able to offer an opportunity to take a makeup test on a different day.
Students must go through their course material before taking the test and work on their German skills. The test is a paper-based test which measures the ability to read, speak, and write in German. The results of the examination are presented using a scale ranging from A1 to C2. Students who successfully pass the test receive a Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate certifies the that they have achieved the level of prawo jazdy kat. a1 in their language. This level is the first level of the six-level scale of competency set out in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The examination is free of cost. Students are required to carry an official government ID to the test. Those without a valid photo identification will be disqualified.
Fees
You must pay a fee for the examination for the opportunity to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests let you get an understanding of the style of the questions, their wording, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They let you assess your knowledge level, find areas of knowledge that aren’t covered and increase your chances of passing the test.
It is important to note that the exam fee isn’t refundable. Exam results are only available via email and not by telephone.
